Let's Talk

My wife and I owned a commercial property in White Bear Lake which for years has given us a good income.  Pre-Covid, we had worked with Michael on a client offer he had presented to us and which we liked but which went away due to the pandemic.  Earlier this year he approached us with another client offer which we were considering, but Michael talked to us about the possibility of a higher price if we were to put our property on the market.  He felt it was a great time for a property such as ours and that competitive bidding would be better for us.

Wow was he right!  He was able to get our property on the market very quickly and we received four or five serious offers in record time, one of which was over our asking price.  We accepted the highest offer and Michael began the long slog of getting the buyer through due diligence and getting the deal closed.  The timeline was incredibly fast both from the standpoint of receiving offers and from the standpoint of a final close.

I cannot recommend Michael highly enough.  He was able to get us a great price and, above all, get the deal closed!
